RV & Cabin CANCELLATION POLICY
During Scallop Season (July 1 thru Sept.10 or as designated by the State) cancellations must be made no less than 14 days prior to reserved arrival date.
These cancellations will be charged, to the credit card on record, our daily rate times the number of days in your reservation.
There will be a $25.00 processing fee for all cancellations regardless of date.
Weather conditions are beyond our control, and do not constitute reason for a refund.
No-Shows are responsible for 100% of their reserved stay

FAILURE TO CANCEL WITH-IN THESE GUIDELINES MEANS YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE LENGTH OF YOUR RESERVED STAY DATES.

No refunds, credit or prorating for early departures, under any circumstances.
